The Adidas and Ye partnership that created some of the most sought-after sneakers in recent history came to an end in October after Ye made controversial and unacceptable remarks. This left Adidas with a substantial inventory of Yeezy sneakers worth an estimated $1.3 billion. However, Adidas is taking a charitable approach by releasing a portion of this inventory and donating the proceeds to international organizations. Despite the termination of the partnership, there may still be hope for sneakerheads, as Adidas plans to release some of the 27 planned Yeezy models, including new creations that were in the works before the split.

The Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Onyx, which debuted to great fanfare earlier in the year, was poised for a highly anticipated Black Friday reissue. Despite the wear out of the 350 V2 silhouette, the Onyx was in high demand, as evidenced by its consistent resale price of over $100 the retail price.
 

The Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 v2 Space Grey, sporting a sleek all-grey upper adorned with the signature "Static" knit pattern, which is used for most colorways.
 

There was speculation of the Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Granite" being the first release post-partnership. This colorway features a tasteful blend of subdued grey tones and had reportedly been loaded for release in January 2023, with official images from Adidas stirring up excitement among sneakerheads worldwide.
 

The "Carbon Beluga" colorway puts a new twist on the iconic Beluga colorway with darker grey tones compared to its predecessors, the Beluga 1.0 and Beluga Reflective from 2016 and 2021, respectively. 
 

In 2021, Yeezy unveiled a new iteration of the 350 V2 known as the "MX" with two initial colorways, the "MX Oat" and "MX Rock." The release of a third "MX" colorway, the "MX Dark Salt," never came to fruition following the split between Yeezy and Adidas.
 

The Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Static," the first 350 V2 to feature a 3M reflective upper, was intended to make a return after the non-reflective version was restocked on Yeezy Day 2022.

The Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 v2 CMPCT "Panda" colorway was the closest fans would get to the elusive 350 V3 model, which emerged just before the end of the Yeezy-Adidas partnership.

The Adidas Yeezy Knit BSKTBL Onyx did not make an appearance on the court during games played by Ye's basketball team, the Donda Doves. Originally scheduled for release on October 28, 2022, the shoe had garnered significant interest, with multiple raffles being held before Adidas and Ye's partnership came to an end.

The Yeezy 450, produced exclusively in Germany, garnered mixed reactions from fans after its initial release. Despite its sleek design and black-based Primeknit upper the Yeezy 450 struggled to sell out after its initial colorway the cloud white.

It's easy to see why, as this sleek and monochromatic colorway has become one of the most sought-after versions of the 500 model. Although produced after the Yeezy-Adidas partnership ended, this Yeezy 500 Tan White pair features Yeezy branding on the insole and a production date well after the two companies parted ways.

Despite Kanye West's initial reluctance towards revisiting prior designs, Adidas has taken the bold step of reintroducing the much sought-after Yeezy 950 "Pirate Black." The timeless duck boot design effortlessly aligns with the signature aesthetic that was showcased in Ye's early Yeezy Season collections. Adidas intended to release the revamped Yeezy 950 in both men's and women's versions, with the latter incorporating a chic wedge heel into the insole.

Adidas and Yeezy have unveiled their latest addition to the Foam RNNR line, the "Flax" colorway, featuring a warm and inviting tan hue. 
 

Just before the partnership between Adidas and Kanye West's Yeezy brand came to an end, the highly anticipated "MX Brown Blue" Foam RNNR made its debut. This new colorway featured a striking swirl pattern in shades of brown and blue over a sleek black base, and images of the retail version had surfaced just a month prior to the split.
 

The Carbon colorway of the Foam RNNR model closely resembled the previously released Onyx pair.

Desert Boot
 

After the initial restock of the Yeezy Desert Boot in the "Rock" colorway in early 2022, Adidas had plans to release the "Salt" and "Oil" colorways later that year. Unfortunately, these plans were scrapped when the partnership between Ye and Adidas came to an end.
