Union Rumored to Release New Air Jordan 1 High
The highly coveted Union Air Jordan 1 is expected to make its long-awaited return in August of 2023. Ever since the release of the Union Air Jordan 1 Low KO, rumors have circulated about a new Air Jordan 1 High returning to shelves. The rumors held little weight until a reputable sneaker source, MrUnloved1s, suggested the shoe would be making a return. The original pair of Union Jordan 1’s now fetch dizzying prices of around $2000 per pair, with some sales nearing $3000 per pair. For a shoe, as coveted as a Union Air Jordan 1, the expectation will always be high.
The iconic partnership’s latest collab, the Union Air Jordan 1 Low KO, fell short of many fans’ expectations. Sneakerheads argued that the shoe lacked the innovation, creativity, and quality that made past collaborations so special. For many, the bland white/grey monotone made the shoe seem rather basic, less special than the classic blue, reds, and yellows that have characterized past collaborations. MrUnloved1s alleges that mockups thus far are “not even close.” As their release date approaches, pictures will eventually leak, and anticipation will skyrocket.
