“The Nike NBA City Edition platform showcases vibrant, hyperlocal stories from each of our NBA teams, weaving together a tapestry of our game’s history, the teams, and the cities they represent,” explained Christopher Arena, Head of On-Court and Brand Partnerships at the NBA. These uniforms go beyond design; they embody the essence of each franchise, narrating their remarkable journey through the game. They will first be seen during the inaugural NBA In-Season Tournament, serving as a vessel for teams to build upon defining franchise moments in their quest for the NBA Cup. Some of the notable designs that many will recognize all hail in the New York. Ronnie Fieg who is the creative of the New York Knicks did a Kith x New York Knicks city edition jersey whereas KAWS and the Brooklyn Nets partnered up to represent their jersey.

Expansion of the City Edition universe
Accompanying the uniform launch, Wilson and New Era have also unveiled their 2023-24 City Edition products. Wilson's NBA City Edition basketball collection, available in Collectors and Standard versions, features distinctive limited-edition designs inspired by each team’s hometown culture. Court designs and tournament schedule
Earlier this week, the NBA revealed the official courts that will grace the NBA In-Season Tournament. Bold and distinctive in design, these courts will be used for Group Play and the Quarterfinals, making it instantly recognizable to fans when a game holds NBA In-Season Tournament significance. The Inaugural tournament kickoff
The NBA In-Season Tournament starts tomorrow, November 3, with a riveting Group Play doubleheader on ESPN. The New York Knicks visit the Milwaukee Bucks at 7:30 p.m. ET, followed by the Denver Nuggets hosting the Dallas Mavericks at 10 p.m. ET. All 30 NBA teams will compete in four Group Play games on Tuesdays and Fridays throughout November. Eight teams will advance to the single-elimination Knockout Rounds, culminating in one team raising the NBA Cup as the In-Season Tournament champion at T-Mobile Arena.
