First look at the Nike Dunk Low "Be True" 2023
Nike has been dedicating significant attention to their Dunk sneaker model in early 2023. They have been focusing on giving the silhouette various makeovers and iterations; one of the latest is the "Be True" version, following a similar revamp of the Dunk in 2022.
This year, Nike is releasing the SB Dunk "Be True" makeover as part of their "Be True" lineup, which pays tribute to the LGBTQIA+ community. The exact release date for the restocked Dunk low "Be True" sneakers has not yet been announced by Nike , but typically, these sneakers are launched during Pride month, from June 1 to June 30.
The Dunk is influential in the world of sneakers and has become a staple silhouette for Pride month-themed colorways. The previous SB Dunk "Be True" makeover featured a minimalist white color scheme, whereas the new Dunk "Be True" takes a more vibrant and colorful approach.
The overlays and swoosh logos on both sides of the shoe now feature an iridescent finish, incorporating the colors of the Pride flag. The upper is made of leather, while the base is covered in silver-hued leather, appearing on the perforated toe boxes, mid-panels, and heels. PU leather grid-patterned overlays adorn the forefoot and heel counters. Additional touches of white can be seen in the laces and lining.
Although official images have not been revealed yet, we have an exclusive look at the new Dunk “Be True”, which is anticipated to be released in June 2023 through Nike's SNKRS app and select retailers.
