The Nike Kobe 6 Protro line is set to release a bold new 'Italian Camo' colorway this spring, drawing inspiration from the original Nike Zoom Kobe 6 Supreme 'Italian Camo' that dropped back in 2011.

This revamped Protro edition features a stealthy black snakeskin-textured upper emblazoned with a red, green and brown Italian camouflage pattern. Green accents provide pops of contrast on the signature Swoosh logo and tongue, while a speckled black and green outsole completes the military-inspired look. Special details include Kobe's signature on the heel and the Mamba logo on the tongue.

Original Release

The original Zoom Kobe 6 Supreme was one of the most popular colorways of the Kobe 6 line when it first released in 2011. Designed for then-Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant, the low-top silhouette introduced several technical basketball innovations at the time, including a snug-fitting Flywire upper for lockdown and a large Zoom Air unit in the heel for responsive cushioning.
