Jordan Brand is again partnering with Marvel to create the Air Jordan 1 inspired by the upcoming blockbuster movie Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, set to hit theaters early in June.
This iteration of the popular sneaker model takes its cues from Miles Morales' journey into the multiverse, with a design that appears to have been fragmented across various dimensions, looking as if it was pulled through a rift in space and time.
The distressed paneling shifts from leather to suede, giving it a patina-like finish, while the eyestays and ankle flaps feature a graphic look that mirrors comic book art. A subtle iridescent finish adorns the Swoosh, adding a touch of futuristic elegance to the shoe's design.
Another feature of the Jordan 1 High OG Across the Spider-Verse worth noting is the glowing outsole. When exposed to the light for a certain amount of time, the outsoles glow a bright white color.
