Air Jordan 1 High UNC Toe releasing July
Since its inception in 2015, Jordan Brand has consistently paid homage to Michael Jordan's ties to the University of North Carolina (UNC) through an annual tribute to the renowned UNC color palette. Continuing this tradition, the upcoming summertime release of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG showcases the iconic "Powder Blue," a color that has adorned various Jordan models, from his first to twelfth signature silhouettes.
Inspired by the color blocking of its 2019 "Obsidian" counterpart, this rendition features a refreshing twist with a crisp white base layer, enveloping the mid-foot panel and midsole. The navy mudguard, Swoosh, collar, and heel panel have been elegantly darkened, creating a striking black contrast against the lighter elements. Furthermore, the back half of the silhouette and the tread underfoot boast a serene sky blue, while the toe box, a signature feature of the brand, concludes with the distinguished "Powder Blue" hue.
Scheduled for release on July 8th in a comprehensive range of sizes, including full family sizes, the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "UNC Toe" is highly anticipated by sneaker enthusiasts.
